Building Services Engineering involves working to design and maintain systems such as renewable and emerging technologies, energy management, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drainage, lighting, power, water services, fire and alarm systems and lifts.
This exciting Apprenticeship includes a Building Services Engineer Senior Technician (level 4) Apprenticeship programme, the potential to upgrade to a Building Services Design Engineering Degree, as well as the opportunity to learn alongside colleagues from a range of related construction professions.
We are seeking applicants who are:
Able to work as part of a team and have a positive “can do” attitude.

Able to demonstrate good organisational skills and time management.
Willing to learn and undertake training and follow instructions.

Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday.
This post is offered for a fixed term basis of 4 years, with the possibility of a degree pathway up to 6 years.

The selection process will be occupational testing followed by interview etc. Interviews will be held on 23rd October 23.
The assessment interview process will be carried out remotely via Skype for Business, Microsoft teams or in person.
