You will need to be a highly motivated individual with the ability to develop a team in a performance and improvement focused culture. Working collaboratively with demonstrable communication and influencing skills is a must, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will be responsible for managing the Council’s Programme Management Office and will be required to lead on strategic projects.  

Working to support the Head of Transformation, the Chief Executive and the wider corporate management team you will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident in the delivery of presentations.

Championing robust project, performance and risk management across the Council.
