The Customer Services Team is a fast paced, growing service, putting customers at the heart of everything we do and getting it right first time is our priority. A dynamic team who work together to ensure customers has the best experience.

Day to day

Working within the team you will be required to provide high standards of customer service, responding to, and resolving a wide range of enquiries as the first point of contact by telephone, email, and face to face for a variety of Council services.

About you

Experience in providing outstanding customer service, listening effectively to customers, showing empathy and understanding, and enjoy working with members of public.  Customer Care, knowledge of MS Outlook, the internet or similar software would be an advantage.

You will be passionate about customer services, getting it right first and provide a prompt, courteous and personable service.

Sociable working hours covering the operation between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, no weekends.

The selection process will be a test followed by interview (virtual).
