You will be a key member of the HR team providing high-quality advice and guidance across the full range of HR activity, establishing yourself as a key professional advisor whilst at the same time embedding systems, policies, procedures and best practice.
You will be a key member of the HR team providing high-quality advice and guidance across the full range of HR activity, establishing yourself as a key professional advisor whilst at the same time embedding systems, policies, procedures and best practice. You will provide generalist HR advisory support to dedicated service/operational areas at all levels of the organisation and must be able to demonstrate experience of managing ER casework. You must have a sound knowledge of Employment Law and its practical application and have a CIPD qualification.
You will also need to have great attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities. You will need a creative approach to problem resolution, analysis and interpretation of employee-related matters as well as a broad understanding of HR issues and policies to make judgements and decisions.

This is a hybrid working role (a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office).
