This exciting Advanced Apprenticeship opportunity involves providing administrative support to the Shared Revenues Partnership, which delivers Revenues and Benefits Services on behalf of Ipswich, Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils.
Day to day

As an Apprentice in our busy and friendly shared revenues and benefits partnership, you will gain valuable experience in carrying out a range of administrative duties, whilst working towards a recognised Advanced Apprenticeship qualification. Working in a confidential environment, your role will involve updating customer accounts, dealing with correspondence and researching & preparing casework.
This Apprenticeship is offered on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.
Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday-Friday and based at Grafton House in Ipswich.
About you
You will have 5 GCSE’s at grade A*-C or 9-4, including English & Maths, and have a good eye for detail, especially when it comes to numbers and statistics.
You will be well organised, have good written & verbal communication skills and be a positive, flexible team player.
You will be committed to successfully completing your Apprenticeship with us.
