We are seeking various operational positions to join us in March 2026 and to be part the Council’s refuse and cleansing team.
Refuse Cat C Drivers
Refuse Relief Drivers
You will need
- Category C driving licence and driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card
- To be able to load refuse bins each day
- Confidence in using handheld tablets to record information (training will be provided)
- Able to demonstrate self-awareness and confident approach to health and safety
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Effective communications skills
- Experience in working as a team with a can-do attitude
- Early starts from 5am and variations to finishing times required.

These opportunities are full time and part time (minimum of 2 days a week)
