Cleansing Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Waste & Cleansing Services team

 

The role will involve litter picking; litter bin emptying, mechanical pedestrianised machinery & working in town, serving the community, keeping Ipswich clean. 

To be suitable for this post you will need to:

Ability to record accurate information (e.g timesheets) and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to carry out work that involves considerable bending, lifting & walking

Ability to work outside (in all weathers) and possible work early hours (0600)

Be willing to work as part of a team and have a flexible attitude
