Ipswich Borough Council is seeking an ambitious and motivated Emergency Services Centre Manager to help lead and shape the Council’s corporate approach to community safety across the borough.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Emergency Services Centre, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services that contribute to safer and stronger communities. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills are essential, together with the ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment. A strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, both in employment practices and service delivery, is also required.
