From sell-out musicals and headline comedians to classical concerts and community celebrations, no two shifts are ever the same. You’ll be at the heart of unforgettable moments, helping bring world-class performances to life and creating memories for our audiences.
As a Front of House Assistant / Bar Staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers at events
- Serving drinks, snacks and merchandise at our licensed bars
- Supporting ticketing and ushering duties, including directing guests to their seats
- Handling cash and using tills
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, including emergency procedures and customer welfare
- Supporting cleaning duties and maintaining a tidy, safe venue
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience
- Confidence in working with the public in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Must be aged 18 or over due to licensing laws
