Job Description

We are seeking qualified lifeguards to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst supervising and assisting customers to enjoy their visit to the swimming centres. Following Health and Safety guidance, Normal Operating and Emergency Action Plans and Procedures.

Day to day

As part of the day to day running of a busy leisure facility, basic operational tasks will include checking of the rescue equipment, delivering high cleanliness standards and organisation of pool based activates, along with set ups and de-rigging equipment. This post is subject to a two week shift rota which includes weekends and some bank holidays.

About you

Applicants must hold a current NPLQ with a proven training record to support the qualification. Applicants will also be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. As a professional qualified lifeguard you will be responsible for attending regular staff training sessions to maintain your NPLQ.

DBS clearance is required for this role.
