Day to day
The Tenancy Services team are based in Grafton House but all officers are agile, therefore you may have the opportunity to work from other sites or from home, if it suits the business. We operate a Duty Rota where Neighbourhood Managers are available to answer queries.
About you
You will need to be educated to degree level or hold a relevant equivalent housing qualification or equivalent. You will also need a full driving licence.

This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to join an already well performing team and organisation. We’re seeking a Housing professional with an established background, whilst more important to us as a council is your ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of Housing Officers to deliver an excellent service to our customers.
The post holder will be required to work 37 hours per week and may be required to work outside of normal working hours and to attend evening meetings
