Tenancy Support Officer

This role will require you to work in partnership with various agencies and to liaise with relevant statutory and voluntary organisations, to access appropriate support services required to enable tenants to take control of their own affairs if possible.

We are looking for a committed person who has a passion for by making improvements to people’s lives, identifying, and providing support to those tenants who require help to live independently and sustain their tenancies. You will manage your own workload prioritizing your cases to ensure all relevant timescales are met.

This role will require you to work in partnership with various agencies and to liaise with relevant statutory and voluntary organisations, to access appropriate support services required to enable tenants to take control of their own affairs if possible.

Experience within the Housing Related Support field would be an advantage.

Hours of work are 25 per week, Monday to Friday.
