The post holder will design and deliver high-quality training on swimming pool safety, lifeguarding and first aid; liaise with the Training Development Manager; work with relevant professional bodies; assist with administration, records and resources; uphold equality, health and safety policies; and maintain their own professional qualifications, knowledge and skills through ongoing training and updates.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, outgoing individual with experience of delivery or public speaking. They will hold one or more of the following qualifications: RLSS NPLQ Trainer, First Aid Trainer, Level 3 in Education or Nuco First Aid Trainer. Be willing to undertake further training and qualifications.

Candidates will need to be over the age of 19 years of age due to qualification pre-requisitions.

The post holder will be required to work a shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

DBS clearance is required for this role.
